  • Banner 9

    • As of October 2018, Banner 9 is in test, not production.  It will be HTML5 based and use Shibboleth to login.  No news as of now.
  • Banner 8

    • Banner 8 requires Java and a Java compatible browser.  As of October 2018, only Internet Explorer 11 is a Java capable browser.  There are no Java capable browsers for MacOS.
  • Banner 8 Database Password Reset

    To set or reset your Banner 8 database password, do the following:

    1. Visit the appropriate SSO Manager Credential Management Utility
    2. Log in to the Utility with your DuckID and associated password
    3. Enter your desired Banner database password into the Password box
    4. Click Save
    5. Close the SSO Manager Credential Management Utility page
