FASS Agent Step-by-step guide

***FOR IT (Information Technology) Merit Increases:

After Performance Evaluation is complete, supervisor and FASS-HR receives PRF from Central HR and forwards to FASS Payroll.
FASS Payroll:
1. Confirms percentage increase and new rate.
2. Calculates hours that apply to retro payment & Issues MCR.
  1. Pull time sheet
  2. Code RRP for applicable hours. Can use multiple RRP pay code shifts for different rates.
  3. Code OTP for any overtime hours.
