Disabling a card in Symmetry

1. To begin, open Symmetry and locate the “Card Holders” option.

2. Next, fill in the user's First and Last name. You made need to add a wild card (*) after their name.

3. Now, press the Enter key on your keyboard.

4. Find the card owner's name in the list, then double click on it to open a new window.

5. In the new window that appears, select the “Credentials” tab.

6. Some users can have multiple credentials. This is uncommon, but you can cycle through all credentials using the left and right arrows in the card holders screen on the credentials tab. Locate the correct credential that is currently “Active” under status.

7. Click on the “lost” checkbox to deactivate the card.

8. Enter a reason in the notes section, along with any other pertinent information.

9. Click OK to close the card holders notes section.

10. Click on save in the card holders screen to confirm deactivating the card.

11. Close the “Card Holders Selection” screen using the close button.
