TickeTrak Crashing When Viewing Photos

When attempting to view photos attached to a citation or account in TickeTrak it may suddenly close without a specific error message.

Step-by-step guide

To (hopefully) solve this problem we need to run TickeTrak in Window 7 compatibility mode:

  1. Close TickeTrak if it's open
  2. Right click on the blue TTRAKW icon on your desktop and select Properties


  3. Click on the Compatibility tab
  4. Under Compatibility mode check the box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select Windows 7 from the drop down menu
  5. Click OK
  6. TickeTrak should now be able to open photos and attachments without crashing
