Clear Chrome Cache

  1. Open Chrome.  Click the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and choose Settings.  


  2. Click the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner of your window.


  3. Type the word cache and click Clear browsing data at the bottom of the window.  


  4. Choose All time from the drop-down menu.  Check the 3 boxes and click Clear data.  Wait patiently for a minute or to until the Clear browsing data window closes.  Try logging into AiM again.
