Clear Internet Explorer Cache

  1. Open Internet Explorer.  Click the gear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and choose Internet options.  


  2. On the General tab, click the Delete... button under the Browsing history section.


  3. Scroll down until you see the section for Cookies and Site Data.  Click the Clear Data... button.


  4. You should see a message at the bottom of Internet Explorer when this is completed.


  5. Click the OK button.  Try logging into AiM again.
