Clear Internet Explorer Cache
- Open Internet Explorer. Click the gear in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and choose Internet options.
- On the General tab, click the Delete... button under the Browsing history section.
- Scroll down until you see the section for Cookies and Site Data. Click the Clear Data... button.
- You should see a message at the bottom of Internet Explorer when this is completed.
- Click the OK button. Try logging into AiM again.
