Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to your Start Menu.  Go to Campus Operations Applications and choose Access 2016 (Campus Operations Applications).


  2. If prompted, enter your Duck ID and password and click OK.  


  3. If it's your first time opening the form, choose Open Other Files from the left-hand pane.  


  4. Click the Browse button.


  5. Browse to H:\Shared\Reporting\OneOff\FAJITA_Test and choose the form as directed by Alex.  Click Open.  


  6. Double-click the form.  In this example Nomination.  


  7. Your form should load.  Enter data as directed by Alex.
