Notes / Assumptions:

This sort criteria used in the SQL query filters based on the words 'water', 'sewer', 'repair', and 'replace' in the description; this may not capture all workorders related to those utilities
This report includes work done by UE staff that was paid for by RXCPS just for reference.
SQL can be modified upon request to remove the filter for the words 'repair' or 'replace' in the description field to widen the results
