Notes / Assumptions:

  • Date range is 180 days prior to relative date (today).
  • Overdue criteria allows for 2 extra days to compensate for weekend days.
  • Currently filtered to IT team specifically but can be used for all FASS employees with JIRA ticket records.
  • Date displayed for ticket is Created Date, not date of ticket resolved.
