OVERVIEW
Purpose: Displays trending for IT tickets completed by Due Date for each team member (as a % of total tickets assigned).

Notes / Assumptions:
- Date range is 180 days prior to relative date (today).
- Overdue criteria allows for 2 extra days to compensate for weekend days.
- Currently filtered to IT team specifically but can be used for all FASS employees with JIRA ticket records.
- Date displayed for ticket is Created Date, not date of ticket resolved.
