OVERVIEW

Purpose: Displays in a bar chart the number of tickets FASS per shop in the following categories: overdue and no customer contact, overdue and customer contact, not overdue and no customer contact, not overdue and customer contact. Has a drill down feature that creates a list for the category in the chart that is clicked on and provides links to the individual JIRA tickets in that category.
