Update RDS Shortcuts

If you work from home, your Remote Desktop Shortcuts may not update as often as if you're in the office.  You may get a notification that they're out of date.  These include the Campus Operations Applications and CPS Remote Applications folders in your Start Menu.  

Step-by-step guide

  1. Search for Control Panel.


  2. Click RemoteApp and Desktop Connections.  


  3. Click the View Details link in the Campus Operations section.


  4. Click the Update Now button.  Repeat for the CPS Remote Applications section.
