Clear Microsoft Edge Cache

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.  Click the the dots in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and choose Settings.  


  2. Click Privacy and security and Choose what to clear. 


  3. Scroll down until you see the section for Cookies and Site Data.  Click the Clear Data... button.


  4. You should see an All clear! message underneath the button when it's done.  Close the window and try logging into AiM again.
