AMAG - Lock a door

If a door is unlocked after hours, you can lock it manually.  It should automatically return to its normal schedule the next day.

  1. In AMAG go to Home→ Command Center.  


  2. In the window that opens, search for your door.  Click the + sign next to Readers and click the + sign to the left of your specific door.


  3. Highlight your door.  Highlight Lock Door in the Available Commands section of the window and click the Send button once.


  4. Verify the door goes back to Locked.  It takes ~15-30 seconds for the command to reach the door and the door to respond.
