AMAG - Prevent Client From Logging Out When Idle

By default, AMAG logs out after 15 minutes when idle. To stay logged in you can change the timer to a longer time or to unlimited.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open your AMAG/Symmetry client software



  2. Click on Maintenance → Client Preferences



  3. Change the Auto Logoff Time (Mins): to 0 (zero) to remove the auto logoff entirely. You can also set it to any other amount of time if needed.\

  4. Click OK and you're done
