Skype for Business - Stop Auto-loading

Until we're able to remove Skype for Business from GPO, this will get it to stop auto-loading.

Step-by-step guide

1. At the Skype Login, click the "gear" Icon:

2. On the Options screen that pops-up, click "Personal":

 3. Unselect the "Automatically start the app when I log on to Windows" option:
