🔵 Work Order & Phase Numbers

Click on the first icon at the top-left to open the All Phases view. This is a list of all the phases linked under the work orders you are assigned to.

In any view, even if you’re not assigned to all phases of a work order, you will be able to view all of them.

At the top-center next to All Phases, the number in parentheses tells how many phases there are in the list.

All phases are linked to a work order, and most work orders have more than one phase. Each listing shows the work order and phase numbers at the top-left.

    🔵 Creation & Assign Dates

The Creation and Assign Dates are on the left of each Phase listing, for when this phase/task was created, and when it is due.

    🔵 Phase Contact

The Phase Contact is someone who would be able to answer questions about this task.

    🔵 Priority Level

At the left edge of each phase listing is a colored vertical bar that tells how urgent a phase is. The Priority level is also written out on the right edge of each phase.

    🔵 Location & Phase Description

The Location is usually found at the bottom-left. In this example, it’s included in the description instead. The Phase Description is found in the middle of each listing.
