Open AiM and Log-in. - In the main menu, select INVENTORY and then select COUNTER RELEASE.

In COUNTER the COUNTER RELEASE menu, select NEW button in upper left corner. This will start a counter release. Image Modified - Fill in the fields of RELEASED BY with the Stores Employee ID (who is performing the release).
Fill in the fields of RELEASED TO with the customer’s Employee ID, if you do not know their Employee ID, you can use the magnifying glass icon to search for their name. Image Modified Line Items: Add by electing the BLUE ADD - To add items to the Counter Release, select the blue “Add” button on the
bottom - right hand side.
Image Modified Enter the PART NUMBER you are releasing. You can use the search icon to find the item in AiM. The BIN field will automatically find what bin the item comes from; press search and select the bin that AiM gives you. - Fill in the
WORK ORDER and PHASE - Work Order fieldandPhase provided by
customer- the requestor.
Image Modified - Select DONE in the upper left-hand corner.
For Multiple Items; repeat - Repeat steps 5-8 if you are adding multiple items to this Counter release.
Once complete with all your lines on - After finishing all the lines for your Counter release,
review sheet to ensure all - look over the sheet and make sure that all the entered information is
correct- correct. If everything is correct, select the green
SAVE - “Save” button in the upper left to complete the release. .
Warning: Once you hit save, you will no longer be able to change your Counter release and will have to create a new one or return any extra items.
