3. The employee, supervisor/manager or Work Control Center can Search by Shop, Work Date, Name or Transaction Number. For this example the Transaction Number is being entered. Once entered select Execute.

5. In this example there are three line items. Since the timecard has Not Posted, it can either be deleted and started over, or adjusted.

If the choice is to edit the timecard select Edit.

Once in Edit mode, you can change the Work Date if you need to.

Make your Edit(s). Delete a line item OR open up a line item and adjust hours, change work order number or phase or labor class.

Once done with the open line item select Done. Back on the main timecard screen, hit Save.
