- The next time you launch an Adobe Creative Cloud product (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) you will probably see this screen:
- Click OK, which will bring up the Adobe ID Sign In screen:
- If you can't find this sign in screen, click on the Help drop-down menu from Adobe's task bar along the top:

- Click the link that says Sign in with an Enterprise ID:
- That will bring up the Enterprise ID window:
- Enter your UO e-mail address. Once you enter your UO e-mail address, you will get one of the two screens shown below (If you don’t get one of these two screens, please contact fassit@uoregon.edu).
- If you have previously used your UO e-mail address to create an Adobe ID, you will see this screen:
- Choose Enterprise ID.
- If you have not previously used your UO e-mail address to create an Adobe ID, or you chose Enterprise ID in the previous step, you will then see this screen:
- Finally, you will see this screen:
- Enter your DuckID (e-mail address without the @uoregon.edu) and password and click the Login button. This will license your install using the new method required by Adobe.
