There has been some confusion regarding Adobe Creative Cloud and the change in licensing.  As a reminder, the UO licensing agreement with Adobe has changed for Creative Cloud.  Instead of using a single volume license for all Adobe Creative Cloud products they are switching to a per user license. What this means is that to use Adobe Creative Cloud products you will need to sign in to them with your DuckID.  This change was initiated by Adobe and all license holders are required to conform to this change.

  1. The next time you launch an Adobe Creative Cloud product (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) you will probably see this screen:
  2. Click OK, which will bring up the Adobe ID Sign In screen:
    1. If you can't find this sign in screen, click on the Help drop-down menu from Adobe's task bar along the top:
  3. Click the link that says Sign in with an Enterprise ID:
  4. That will bring up the Enterprise ID window:
  5. Enter your UO e-mail address.  Once you enter your UO e-mail address, you will get one of the two screens shown below (If you don’t get one of these two screens, please contact fassit@uoregon.edu).
  6. If you have previously used your UO e-mail address to create an Adobe ID, you will see this screen:
  7. Choose Enterprise ID.
  8. If you have not previously used your UO e-mail address to create an Adobe ID, or you chose Enterprise ID in the previous step, you will then see this screen:
  9. Finally, you will see this screen:
  10. Enter your DuckID (e-mail address without the @uoregon.edu) and password and click the Login button.  This will license your install using the new method required by Adobe.

If you have any questions or issues, please contact fassit@uoregon.edu

Thank you.
