Is a regular computer still available in the conference room?
Yes! A regular computer is still available in the Teams Room conference room. Simply use the TV remote to select the appropriate input (usually HDMI 12 PC) to use the regular PC. Select HDMI 2 1 (Teams Rooms) to go back to the Teams Room device.
Will the Teams Rooms automatically join/start a meeting?
No, even if someone else remotely starts the meeting the Teams Room will not respond automatically and someone will have to join the meeting manually. Note: the Teams Room will also give no notification if the meeting has already started.
