- Dial a phone number to invite someone from within a meeting

Is a regular computer still available in the conference room?
Yes! A regular computer is still available in the Teams Room conference room. Simply use the TV remote to select the appropriate input (usually HDMI 2 PC) to use the regular PC. Select HDMI 1 (Teams Rooms) to go back to the Teams Room device.
Will the Teams Rooms automatically join/start a meeting?
No, even if someone else remotely starts the meeting the Teams Room will not respond automatically and someone will have to join the meeting manually. Note: the Teams Room will also give no notification if the meeting has already started.
