Add two-factor authentication on your smartphone. This is a great backup in case you lose your SafeID token or do not want to carry multiple tokens around.
Step-by-step guide for smartphone app
- Open your web browser and navigate to https://dualshield-fe.uopd.org:8072/dps/. (Only works from inside UOPD network)
- Click on Provisioning Portal.
- Select pd.uopd.org from the drop down menu if it's not already selected, enter your login name and password, and click Sign in.

- On the main page click Tokens to add a token to your smartphone.

- Click Download to go to your smartphone’s app store on your computer to download the appropriate app if you don't have it installed. You can also search for the app directly on your smartphone or tablet’s app store.

- Authy is recommended as an alternative if you want to back up your tokens to the cloud if you lose your phone or get a new one.
- On the Tokens screen, click View Detail for any of your tokens (MobileID, Google Authenticator, etc) and then use your authentication app (Authy, MobileID, Google Authenticator, etc) to scan the barcode on the next screen.

- Now you are finished and can use your smartphone as your two-factor authentication token!
To add your Twitter handle to your account you can manage your T-Pass token from here: https://dualshield-be.uopd.org:8073
- Login with your UOPD username and password.

- Select T-Pass under the Product drop down menu on the left side.

- Click on the downward arrow next to your token serial number on the right side and select Edit.
