Step-by-step guide
Accessing Conference Room Calendars
- From your calendar, Right-click on My Calendars
- Hover over “Add Calendar” and select “From Address Book”
- Type "1715" in the search bar
- Select the "1715 Franklin, 171 Teams Room"
- Double-click on the calendar and select “OK”.
- Repeat Step 3 for the "1715 Franklin, 285 Teams Room"
- You can now view the conference room calendars and check for availability
Reserving Conference Rooms
- Check conference room calendars for availability, if the conference room is free during your desired meeting time you can include it in your meeting invite to reserve it.
- Create a meeting invite as usual and also include add the conference room in the "ToLocation" section.

Note: this reserves the physical room as well as the Teams equipment
Note: the conference room emails will autofill going forward
Note: Be sure to add the conference room from the "Location" section and not just in the "To" to ensure the conference room invite sends properly.
- Click the Teams Meeting so the room will know it can be used for video conferencing. If you forget to do this and need to use Teams you can edit the meeting invite and add it later.The conference room will automatically accept if it's free and decline if it is already booked
icon in the invite to add a Teams link if this is a hybrid meeting with remote attendees.- Note: it is recommended to always include a Teams link when booking these conference rooms so you can easily share your screen through the Teams meeting.
