STEPS FOR CUSTOMER: Self-Serve
Zoom For Windows

2. You will be immediately redirected to login with your DuckID and password. If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, continue logging in with Duo. |

| 3. Click Open Zoom - this will open up the Zoom application in a new window. |
|
| 4. Zoom will open to the main page. |

Zoom For iOS (Devices Managed by FASS IT)

2. Click the Sign In button at the bottom. |
|
3. The Single Sign On option will show, with the UO information already populated. Leave this information in place and click Go on the keyboard. |

4. Zoom will open to the Shibboleth login screen. Enter your DuckID and Password. |

Authenticate via your Two Factor Authentication device (if your account is enabled for Duo 2FA) |
|
| Click the Open button. |
|
| Click Allow if iOS asks to send Notifications and/or use the Camera. |
