Zoom Video Conferencing
OVERVIEW
Zoom provides a remote conferencing service that combines video conferencing, online meetings, chat, and mobile collaboration. It is offered through UO licensing using your DuckID and password. It is suggested you continue using Microsoft Teams to create new meetings, unless there is a specific business need for Zoom.

STEPS FOR CUSTOMER: Self-Serve

2. You will be immediately redirected to login with your DuckID and password. If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, continue logging in with Duo. |

3. Click Open Zoom - this will open up the Zoom application in a new window. | |
4. Zoom will open to the main page. |

2. Click the Sign In button at the bottom. | |
3. The Single Sign On option will show, with the UO information already populated. Leave this information in place and click Go on the keyboard. | |
4. Zoom will open to the Shibboleth login screen. Enter your DuckID and Password. | |
Authenticate via your Two Factor Authentication device (if your account is enabled for Duo 2FA) | |
Click the Open button. | |
Click Allow if iOS asks to send Notifications and/or use the Camera. |
