Troubleshooting and restarting workstations in UOPD SOC
Solution
This includes workstations for desktop applications, email, web browsing, Manitou, Milestone, AMAG, and radios.

- If having an issue with a workstation, switch to the secondary workstation and verify everything works there.
- If everything works at the 2nd workstation, reboot the problem workstation at the first desk, log back in, and see if the issue persists.
- If the issue persists and can't wait until the next business day, call FASS IT.
- If the 2nd workstation has the same issue, call FASS IT.
