Problem

Troubleshooting and restarting workstations in UOPD SOC

Solution

This includes workstations for desktop applications, email, web browsing, Manitou, Milestone, AMAG, and radios.

  1. If having an issue with a workstation, switch to the secondary workstation and verify everything works there.
  2. If everything works at the 2nd workstation, reboot the problem workstation at the first desk, log back in, and see if the issue persists.
    1. If the issue persists and can't wait until the next business day, call FASS IT.
  3. If the 2nd workstation has the same issue, call FASS IT.
