From the Supervisor Work Desk select "timecards" under the approval screen. Depending on your workdesk setup approvals may be on the right or left.
On the timecard approval screen the supervisor has the ability to see "less detail" or expand to "more detail"
The shop supervisor selects the check box and can either "approve" or "reject" an employees timecard. If the timecard is rejected it will go back to the employees workdesk in their "rejected timecards" query
Once the employee resubmits their reject time card it will appear in the approval query again
If you have failed time cards you can view the error in the "error log" under the "action menu"
Reasons you may see a failed timecard include; Internal Work Agreement (IWA) funding shortage, account set up issue, subledger issue, closed work order. Contact workcontrolcenter@uoregon.edu to have these errors resolved.
