Procedure to enter shop stock in AiM. 

FASS Agent Step-by-step guide

  1. Open AiM: https://fs-aim-prod-app.uoregon.edu/fmax/screen/WORKDESK

  2. Open desired work order and phase

  3. From the phase selected edit

  4. Select shop stock

  5. Select Add
  6. Enter stock number, stock location and quantity
  7. Select Save
  8. Select Done
  9. Last step is to save the work order
