Put Account on Test

1.

Click Operations -> On Test

2.

Click the search button (magnifying glass) to locate the account you want to put on test.

Select Customer Name and type part of the name in the Value field. You can also select Customer ID if you have the account number.

Click on the “Search” button.

Select the account you want to put on test (you may see more than one after searching). Click on the “Load” button.

6.

Click on the “OK” button on the Verify prompt.

7.

Click Add to add the account to On Test.

8.

Give a reason for putting the account on test.

9.

Select how long you want the account to be on test before it automatically goes back into normal monitoring status.

10.

Click on the “Save” button.

11.

When finished you should see the account appear with a start and stop time along with details.
