If the Columbia Garage Credit Card Terminal stops communicating and all power and network connectivity has been confirmed, the terminal itself may need to be reset.  This can be done at any time and is the first thing the vendor will ask you to do for tech support.  It is non-destructive and will reload the device firmware.


  1. Press the * key to get the Menu.
  2. Press F4 for CommServer.
  3. Press the REPRINT button for Tools.
  4. Press the F4 button for Repair.
