Damage happens. Here's what to do when it does:
- Does the device still have applecare coverage?
- Call Simply Mac for general quote and to setup a meeting to drop off the iPad

- They will need device model, get it from JAMF
- They will set an appointment to look at it and get it processed, which takes about 15-20 minutes.
- Most repairs are $49 if covered under warranty
- Run quote by <<Someone>>(Sara?) to have a PO made, by Purchasing team
- As of 2/2022, SimplyMac is no longer part of The Duck Store and doesn't have our org stuff on file
- Susan Ostermann will create a PO, which basically tells you to call her during payment and she'll pay with a P-card over the phone
- 1-2 Business weeks for repair or replacement
- Payment will be due on pickup, just have them call Susan(may want to make an appointment with her to be available, if needed?)
- Get iPad back
- If its new, re-tag, reJAMF
- Return to user!
