View Requests in FASS Service Portal

This article provides instructions on how to access your FASS Service Portal to view your service requests.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE


STEPS FOR CUSTOMER: Self-Serve



Access the FASS Service portal directly HERE

From the FASS website:

  • Select the "I need Help With..." button on the front page
  • Select FASS SERVICE PORTAL under Submit a Request 
  • Cancel the prompt to submit a ticket
  • Select "FASS Service Portal" in the top-left corner

This will open the homepage where "My Requests" are listed





Request searches can be updated to widen or narrow the list:

  • Any status/Open sequests/Closed requests
  • Created by anyone/Created by me/Where I am a Participant
  • Any request type/specific request type
  • Search field to search for a specific request
