Invoice Approval

Please follow these instructions to approve an invoice in AiM.

Step-by-step guide

  1.  First, navigate to the invoice in AiM either through the "following this link" link on the notification email you received, or by searching for the invoice on the Purchase Order Invoice screen.
  2. Review the invoice for accuracy, then click the "Edit" button.


  3. Click the "Zoom" icon next to the current status.


  4. Click on the "REQUESTOR APPROVED" status.  Note that your full status list may look differently than what is shown below depending on your permissions.


  5. Click Save, and you are done!  The AiM browser window can be closed.  Note that you should ALWAYS click Save or Cancel after editing a transaction in AiM, or you may cause a record lock on that particular transaction.
