- Open Firefox. Click the 3 lines in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and choose Options.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down until you see the section for Cookies and Site Data. Click the Clear Data... button.
- Choose All time from the drop-down menu. Check the 3 boxes and click Clear data. Wait patiently for a minute or to until the Clear browsing data window closes. Try logging into AiM again.
- Click the Clear Now button. Wait patiently for a minute or to until the Clear data window closes. Try logging into AiM again.
