Only required by Card Office workstations, or others on campus "public" networks.

Step-by-step guide

Prior to installing or updating Symmetry, add or replace existing entry to hosts file.

  1. Open 'C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts' with Notepad
  2. Add new line at the end of file with the AMAG app server public IP
  3. IP:  184.171.104.48
  4. Name:  fass-amag-app01
  5. Save file and proceed with Symmetry install/upgrade.
