AMAG - Open a door for someone

The Grant Access command is used to open a door for 30 seconds to allow someone to go inside.

  1. In AMAG go to Home→ Command Center.  


  2. In the window that opens, search for your door.  Click the + sign next to Readers and click the + sign to the left of your specific door.


  3. Highlight your door.  Highlight Grant Access in the Available Commands section of the window and click the Send button once.


  4. The door should change to Unlocked for 30 seconds.


  5. Verify the door goes back to Locked after 30 seconds.
