1715 Franklin Admin Services Visitor Parking Space Maintenance

1715 Franklin’s parking lot has two parking spaces for Administrative Services visitors, including candidates, vendors, and colleagues from across campus coming to 1715 Franklin for meetings. Monitor the reservation calendar and approve/deny requests as needed. Place the reservation hood(s) on the parking signs when the spot(s) are reserved.

FASS Agent Step-by-step guide

  1. A FASS or PAST employee will reserve one of the 1715 Franklin Admin Services Visitor Parking Spaces through the parking space reservation calendar. You will receive a meeting invite notification.
  2. Check to make sure one of the two spaces are available. Confirm the request if available, and deny it if both are already booked.
    1. Note: both spaces share one calendar so there can be two invites for the same time slot.
  3. Fill out the Reserved Sign insert (see attached document below) with the visitor's full name and the date and time of the reservation. 
  4. Print out the insert and place it in the reservation hood
  5. On the day of the visit, place the reservation hood over the parking space sign and secure it with a padlock.
  6. Remove the hood after the visitor has left and store the hood in the reception area.
