The Administrative Coordinator is the phone coordinator for FASS. This involves ordering or canceling Teams phone numbers for FASS employees, requesting moves, and conducting an annual phone audit to ensure all phone lines are correctly assigned.

Phone coordination (Telecom) requests will come in different ways:

New FASS employee. You will be included as a participant on the ticket or a subtask ticket will be assigned to you. | - Confirm with supervisor if Teams phone number is needed: get index, if an existing number needs to be transferred or a new number is needed, and what headset/microphone is needed.

- Create a Telecom ticket through the UO Service Portal

Annual Telecom audit. | - The Financial Manager will reach out to you annually with a list of all active FASS telecom accounts
- Confirm all accounts are actively being used and compile a list of all inactive accounts. Send request to Telecom once moratorium is lifted to cancel payment.
