Verify Schedule in Symmetry (AMAG)

Follow these steps to see what schedule a door is using.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Open Symmetry (AMAG) client
  2. Click Operations → Scheduled


  3. Search for the door you want to view the schedule for, there are 2 ways of doing this:
    1. The first way is clicking the magnifying glass and listing every schedule
    2. The second way is to filter the schedule by using wildcards around the name of a building you are looking for
  4. Once you have done your search, scroll through the list and find the door you want to view, it will be under the Location column
  5. Click Open in the lower right corner of the window to open the schedule. On this screen you will see the standard weekly hours for when the door is unlocked.
  6. To view custom hours that may be overriding make note of the Time Code the schedule is using. In this example it is "Gerlinger Hall Unlock Hours"
  7. Close the schedule and click on Operation → Time Codes
  8. Search for "*Gerlinger*" or whatever time code you want to look up.
  9. Click Open in the lower right corner, then click the Calendar Overview tab
  10. On the Calendar Overview tab click the day of the schedule you want to see. In this example we are looking at 4/24/203. Once highlighted you will see the hours at the bottom of the window. If they are different than the standard hours (on the Standard Weekly Horstab) then you will know a custom schedule has been set.
