Direct Deposit

Use this article to complete the direct deposit option for receiving your paycheck.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Complete Request through Duckweb or Paper Form.

    1. Duckweb
      1. Go to this Link, Log In using your Duck ID and PAC (personal access code)
      2. Go to Employee Information > Pay Information > Direct Deposit
      3. Complete Submission
      4. Opt in to paperless by using check box
    2. If Paper Form used, submit to FASS Payroll along with a voided check.

FASS Agent Step-by-step guide

  1. Upon receiving paper form, attach voided check and route to Central Payroll.

  2. File copy in FASS employee personnel file - do not scan.
