Issue
When opening a file an error message is displayed
This is a known issue that as today (1/30/20) we don't have a solution. User can see the file using using Edge, Blue Beam and Chrome without any problem. User can't print correctly using Edge and Blue Beam (print is cut)
The work around is to open the file with Chrome. Nathan Chaffee in Design tested this. He was able to open and print a pdf document of several pages.
